NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-005509 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KAREN M OLIVAS; RIVERBAY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; RIVER BAY DELELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LISA MCFARLAND are the Defendants, The Clerk, Angelina M. Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
