SOUZA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DION SOUZA A/K/A DION E. SOUZA N/K/A KRYSTYN SOUZA; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Angelina M.
