NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-006632AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WACHOVIA LOAN TRUST 2005-SD1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-SD1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ELAINE CLARK JAMES A/K/A ELAINE C. JAMES, DECEASED; TERRI ARIANNA CLARK A/K/A TERRI A. CLARK, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELAINE CLARK JAMES A/K/A ELAINE C. JAMES, DECEASED; SHEILA PATRICE SIMPSON A/K/A SHEILA PATRICE JAMES, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELAINE CLARK JAMES A/K/A ELAINE C. JAMES, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Angelina M.
