NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA005089AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and FRANCES M. RICHMOND A/K/A FRANCES RICHMOND; ROBERT M. RICHMOND A/K/A ROBERT RICHMOND; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Angelina M. Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
