NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-002771-XXXX-MA, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-WMC1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC1 is Plaintiff and KEVIN HARE A/K/A KEVIN W. HARE; JENNIFER HARE A/K/A JENNIFER W. HARE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, OVERSTREET PARK, THIRD ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
