NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000976-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. successor by merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Wayne E. Murphy; Marco Villa Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the November 23, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 407, BUILDING 4 OF MARCO VILLA CONDOMINIUM , A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1261, PAGE 2351 TO 2406, INCLUSIVE, AN ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
