NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002819 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006-QS4, is the Plaintiff and Salvatore Agrusa, Vivian Agrusa, First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, Tenant #1 n/k/a Marcus Ramos, Tenant #2 n/k/a Becky Ramos, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 57, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 97, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 95 AND 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 6157 GOLDEN OAKS LN, NAPLES, FL 34119
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
