YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above-captioned legal action has been instituted against you by the Plaintiff MSMC VENTURE, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, to foreclose a “Mortgage” in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation, which was duly recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida on November 20, 2006 at Official Records Book 4141, Page 2854, and re-recorded on May 23, 2007 at Official Records Book 4233, Page 2004, encumbering real property located in Collier County, Florida, more specifically described as:
Lot 14, Block 2, Naples Manor Lakes, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 86 and 87, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Having an address of 5241 Trammel Street, Naples, FL 34113; Tax Parcel ID number
62251040006).
You are required to serve a copy of your response, and written defenses, if any, on ROBERT A. DEMARCO, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3080 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint filed in the action.
