ABRAHAM deJONGE (a/k/a Abe deJonge), FRANCES WRIGHT deJONGE (a/k/a Frances deJonge), KCD HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, and any unknown successors, assigns, heirs, devisees, beneficiaries, grantees, creditors, and any other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above named Defendants,

To: ABRAHAM deJONGE (a/k/a Abe deJonge) and FRANCES WRIGHT-deJONGE (a/k/a Frances deJonge), and any unknown successors, assigns, heirs, devisees, beneficiaries, grantees, creditors, and any other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above named persons, or any persons having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described below.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above-captioned legal action has been instituted by the Plaintiff MUTUAL OF OMAHA BANK, as Assignee from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as Receiver for MARCO COMMUNITY BANK, to foreclose a “Mortgage” in favor of Marco Community Bank which was duly recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida on August 4, 2005 at Official Records Book 3859, Page 3801, as modified by a “Modification of Mortgage” executed by ABRAHAM deJONGE (a/k/a Abe deJonge) and FRANCES WRIGHT-deJONGE (a/k/a Frances deJonge) which was duly recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida on March 13, 2009 at Official Records Book 4434, Page 4037, encumbering real property located in Collier County, Florida, more specifically described as:
The West 105 feet of Tract 117, Unit 62 Golden Gate Estates, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 87, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

You are required to serve a copy of your response, and written defenses, if any, on ROBERT A. DEMARCO, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3080 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Verified Complaint filed in the action.
