NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2015, and entered in 11-2015-CA-001182-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH4, is the Plaintiff and MYSTIC GREENS I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; RICHARD J. CHOUINARD; TERESA CHOUINARD; MILAN S. KRSTICH; LOIS KRSTICH; MYSTIC GREENS COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on November 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 405, OF MYSTIC GREENS I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1757, PAGES 653 THROUGH 720, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
