NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2015, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000697-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JOHN FUCHS AKA JOHN L. FUCHS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN FUCHS AKA JOHN L. FUCHS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SILKY'S INTERNATIONAL, LLC are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on November 30, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
