NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to that certain Stipulated In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 22, 2015 filed in Case No. 2015-CA-050250 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff is 2010-1 RADC/CADC PROPERTY I, LLC and Defendants are JOHN E. DEVOY, et al., the Clerk of Court of Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the www.lee.realforeclose.com website on November 23, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real and personal property as set forth in said Stipulated In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE SOUTH HALF (S 1/2) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, SUBJECT TO A 30 FOOT ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG THE EAST LINE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH all personal Subject Property (tangible and intangible) located on or used in connection with the real Subject Property described above and as more particularly described in the Mortgage.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
