NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2015, (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-050591 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and Rick Peterson, Leann Peterson, and the Unknown Tenant n/k/a Colton Peterson are Defendants.
The Clerk of Court will sell the Property as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below at a public sale on November 20, 2015 at 9:00 am. to the “highest bidder,” for cash at: www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property (as defined below) and who completes the sale in a timely fashion, as hereinafter set out. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the Property (as defined below) shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 4:00 p.m. on the next business day following the day of the sale.
The following property located in Lee County, Florida, is the subject of this Notice of Sale:
From the Northeast corner of the South one half (S 1/2) of the North one half (N 1/2), of the North one half (N 1/2), of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4), of Section 36, Township 45 South, Range 24 East Thence run South 89°3'25” West along the Northerly property line a distance of 1099 feet to the point of beginning; Thence run South 89°3'25” West 165 feet Thence run South 1°25'18” East 329.96 feet Thence run North 89°4' East 165 feet Thence run North 1°25'18” West 329.99 feet to the Point of beginning, Subject to 30 foot easement over and across the Northerly portion for road right of way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
