NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000421 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.a., is the Plaintiff and The Fairway Club Condominium Association, Inc., Lisa Jenkins, Marsha Cipponeri, Paula Beare, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service, Unknown Spouse of Paula Beare, Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other who may cliam an interest in the Estate of Gordon R. Steinmeyer, Deceased, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
