JAGDMANN; JENNIFER MILNER A/K/A JENNIFER JAGDMANN; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 12/1/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
