NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 14 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000884-ES-J4 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Maria Coppola a/k/a Maria Claudette Coppola, New Century Mortgage Corporation, Mark Stalsitz a/k/a Mark Jon Stalsitz, Unknown Tenant 1, Unknown Tenant II, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 30th of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
