NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-05791 -WS - of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and DENNIS E. KEMPER TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER BAILEY; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of November, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 121, GULF HIGHLANDS, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THEMAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK, PAGES 116, 117 AND 118, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
