NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-008475 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and Edward L. Godshalk, et. al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, BLOCK 28, SEVEN OAKS PARCEL S-8B1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 94-106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
