Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 22, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 21, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AES, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 23 OF CYPRESS COVE SUBDIVISION PHASE “2”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 141 THROUGH 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on November 25, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
