spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants,

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-33CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-33CB, Plaintiff, and Mary Black, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 16th day of December, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 159, TAHITIAN HOMES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
