NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014CA004506CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Tony L. Hall are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN PASCO COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, VIZ:
COMMENCE AT A POINT 834.05 FEET WEST AND 892.80 FEET SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; RUN THENCE NORTH 83 DEGREES 55' EAST 50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 83 DEGREES 39' EAST 279.94 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 18 DEGREES 14' 15' EAST 235 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 34 DEGREES 3' 30' EAST 106.33 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING: RUN THENCE SOUTH 49 DEGREES 52' 45' EAST 85 FEET; THENCE NORTH 40 DEGREES 07' 15' EAST, 175.84 FEET TO WATER'S EDGE; THENCE ALONG THE MEANDERING WATER EDGE TO A POINT WHICH LIES NORTH 40 DEGREES 07' 15' EAST 175.16 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 40 DEGREES 07' 15' WEST, 175.16 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THAT PORTION DEEDED TO PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA IN O.R. BOOK 1275, PAGE 0882, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
