LOT 72 OF OSCEOLA HEIGHTS UNIT THREE, LESS SAID PART OF LOT 72 BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHERN CORNER OF LOT 72 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTH 39Ëš15'48'' WEST, 45.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 59Ëš06'16'' EAST, 309.22 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 50Ëš44'12'' WEST, 305.93 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID LOT AND PORTION OF LOT BEING DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 135, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
