NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003524 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-HE3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3, is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY G.
