CURL; DANELLE A. CURL; CACH, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A MICHAEL MATERKA, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A DESIREE NEWMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk, Paula S.
