NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003496WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE7 is the Plaintiff and SONYA S. SCOTT; JERROLD SCOTT; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of November, 2015, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16, 17 AND 18, BLOCK C, VALENCIA TERRACE NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
