NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-004953-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DAVID V. FRASER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1031, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, UNIT FIVE-B, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 103 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
