NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-012254 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LYNN HAYES ROBINSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN HAYES ROBINSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CUMBERLAND HOA, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/17/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

THENCE RUN NORTH 54 DEGREES, 59 MINUTES 41 SECONDS EAST, 172.66 FEET ALONG THE PREVIOUS LOT LINE OF LOT 46, BLOCK 7; THENCE RUN SOUTH 64 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 22 SECONDS EAST 2.87 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 54 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 41 SECONDS WEST 174.07 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 35 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 19 SECONDS WEST 2.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
