NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-003566 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MORTGAGELOAN TRUST 2005-RP1 is the Plaintiff and ESTELLA CINTRON; RAMON L CINTRON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/17/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
