NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-002926 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA A JACOBSSON A/K/A PATRICIA ANN JACOBSSON; EAGLE PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KEN RENFOR are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/17/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
