NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 28, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-024755 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH M PENA; THE GRAND AT OLDE CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARCIA BRAGG are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/16/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
