NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008085 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2005-FA8, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, Nova Casualty Company, Providence Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., Richard A. Ewers, Stay-Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay Inc., dba Stay-Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
