NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008085 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2005-FA8, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, Nova Casualty Company, Providence Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc., Richard A.
