NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016320, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-AC3, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AC3 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHNNIE ISHMAL A/K/A JOHNNIE M. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST ONE-HALF OF LOTS 13 AND 14, WESTMORELAND PINES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, AT PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
