RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 30, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-006203 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and TARIQ NOOHANI, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit 10, Block 1, TARA HOUSE SOUTH, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 16446, Page 675, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 51, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
