NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-009398 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series MO 2006-HE6, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series MO 2006-HE6, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Plaintiff, and, SUSAN A. PRITCHARD AUSTIN W. PRITCHARD, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 1st day of December,2015, the following described property:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 16, AND ALL OF LOTS 17 AND 18, EASTLYN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
