NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2015 (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-6389 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which DANIEL KIM, as trustee of 1ST POSITION PA CAPITAL FUNDS FOR 1602 POWERS TRUST 102012, a trust existing under the laws of the state of Nevada, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL BEECROFT, KIMBERLY BEECROFT and MKB CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will at 10:00 a.m. on December 14, 2015, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 4, Bayside Village, According to Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 40-1 Through 40-6, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
