NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001309 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Rosa M. Rosado, Palm Coast Recovery Corpoation, Cemex Inc., Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company FKA For Credit Company, a Corporation, State of Florida, Clerk of the Court of Hillsborough County, United States of America, Unknown Tenant #1, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
