NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-006644 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Leon; Unknown Spouse of Michael J. Leon; Providence Lakes Master Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK “B”, PROVIDENCE LAKES PARCEL “C”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
