NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 3, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-003195 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and HISHAM M. ABUARAM, HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HISHAM M. ABUARAM N/K/A DIMA ABUARAM, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of December, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 24, Heritage Isles Phase 1C, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded at Plat Book 86, Page 94 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
