NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-008154 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS QUALIFIED TRUSTEE FOR RESCAP LIQUIDATING TRUST, is Plaintiff and BARRINGTON HECTOR; et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69 OF LINEBAUGH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 10109 North Ola Avenue, Tampa, FL 33612
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
