NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-010622 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and GISELLE BORREGO, et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 11810 D OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4052, PAGES 688-768, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 35; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Property Address: 11810 Raintree Lake Lane, Unit D, Temple Terrace, FL 33617
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
