NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-011978 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, is Plaintiff and SLG TRUSTEE SERVICES, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE (“TRUSTEE”) UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 13, 2012 AND KNOWN AS THE 3806 CASON RD LAND TRUST; DUSTIN D. and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
