NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-011978 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, is Plaintiff and SLG TRUSTEE SERVICES, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE (“TRUSTEE”) UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 13, 2012 AND KNOWN AS THE 3806 CASON RD LAND TRUST; DUSTIN D. ROSS A/K/A DUSTIN DANIEL ROSS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
