NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 21, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-019521 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-23CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23CB, Plaintiff and DEWANE E. WILCOX, ET AL. are defendant(s), Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: LOT 15, BLOCK 5, TOWN N COUNTY PARK, SECTION 9, UNIT NO. 13, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
