NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-964 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE NORTHMEADOW CLUSTER HOUSES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and WHITBURN LLC, AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE HC 14-620 LAND TRUST; HAROLD LENARD ROSSITER, JR.; DEBRA ANN ROST ROSSITER; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA WENDY BUTCHER and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14th day of December, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT UNIT NO. 4139, IN BUILDING NO. 34 OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE NORTHMEADOW CLUSTER HOUSES CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2925 ON PAGE 817 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1 ON PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL ITS APPURTENANCES ACCORDING TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
