Final Judgment was awarded on October 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-000429, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A2 is the Plaintiff, and JANIE ARROYO A/K/A JANIE RAYNEY; SHAWN RAYNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANIE ARROYO A/K/A JANIE RAYNEY; PHH MORTGAGE CORP (FKA CENDANT MORTGAGE CORP); SUMMIT NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARLYLE GARDEN TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; CREIGHTON HEALTH CARE, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING A, SUMMIT NORTH, CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 56, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4287, PAGE(S) 1917, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
