NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 06, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-004452 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2005-HE1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and DAVID DIAZ; ELOISA GIL DIAZ; GALIA IRIARTE; RICARDO IRIARTE; KATIRIA PEREZ; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 96, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
