NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-026431 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Guerryson Torres are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK C, NATIVE WOODS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
PLEASE PUBLISH TWICE (ONE TIME A WEEK FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS) AND PUBLICATIONS LAST RUN MUST FINISH AT LEAST FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SALE DATE
