NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-020865of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HIS ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2005-I1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-I1 is Plaintiff and PAUL GASSEN; et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT13, HERCHEL HEIGHTS REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 8001 Pine Hill Drive, Tampa, FL 33617
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
