NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, GREEN DOLPHIN PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., entered in this action on the 12th day of October, 2015, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 04, 2015 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Unit No. 814, Building 800, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Green Dolphin Park Condominium, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4928, Page 900, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 42 and 43, and any amendments thereto, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Green Dolphin Park Condominium community at 1250 South Pinellas Ave., #814, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
