THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 20, BUILDING 8, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24,PAGES 52 THROUGH 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MARCH 17,1977 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4522, PAGES 1451 THROUGH1567.TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED INTHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

NEWPORT CENTER DRIVE, SUITE #110, DEERFIELD BEACH, FL 33442 on or before Dec. 7, 2015 a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
