NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-009064-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2004-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE2 is Plaintiff and ALICE MAE BOLDEN A/K/A ALICE M. BOLDEN; et al.,are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 IN BLOCK 7 OF REVISED PLAT OF COLONIAL PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2527 4TH Ave., South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
